Since 2019

We Started with a Question Nobody Asked

Back in early 2019, Radoslav Ivanov was debugging a client's keyword strategy at 2 AM and realized something odd. The tools everyone used were missing half the conversation.

Not the technical data—that was fine. But the context? The why behind search patterns? That required hours of manual cross-referencing that most teams just skipped.

So we built something different. Not a replacement for existing tools, but a layer that sits between raw data and actual decisions. Something that helps you understand what people really mean when they search.

Our workspace where keyword research methodologies take shape

What Actually Drives Us

These aren't aspirational statements printed on office walls. They're the principles we argue about in meetings and use to settle debates when client work gets complicated.

Context Over Volume

A thousand keywords mean nothing if you don't understand searcher intent. We've turned down projects where clients just wanted lists. Our work starts where basic keyword tools end—figuring out what actually matters for your specific situation.

Transparent Process

You'll see exactly how we reach conclusions. Every recommendation comes with the research path we took to get there. If something doesn't make sense, we probably need to explain it better—not convince you harder.

Practical Application

Research that sits in a PDF isn't useful. We deliver findings in formats your team can actually implement. That might mean spreadsheets, docs, or even recorded walkthroughs—whatever helps you move forward.

How We Actually Work

Most keyword research follows a template. Pull data from three tools, sort by volume, filter by difficulty, hand over a spreadsheet.

We start there but don't stop. Because the interesting stuff—the gaps competitors miss, the emerging patterns, the topics your audience cares about but doesn't know how to search for yet—that requires a different approach.

Analyzing search patterns and user behavior data
1

Understanding Your Real Goals

We spend time figuring out what success actually looks like for you. Not just traffic numbers, but business outcomes. This shapes everything that follows.

2

Deep Competitive Analysis

Where are your competitors actually getting traffic? What topics do they own? More importantly—what are they missing that you could capture?

3

Search Pattern Mapping

We look at how search behavior changes over time, across different audience segments, and throughout the buyer journey. This reveals opportunities others miss.

4

Actionable Prioritization

The final deliverable focuses on what to do first, second, and third. With clear reasoning for each priority level based on your specific situation and resources.

The People Behind the Research

We're a small team—eleven people as of January 2025. Everyone here has spent years working in search, content strategy, or data analysis before joining. We don't hire junior researchers because this work requires pattern recognition that only comes with experience.

Our team collaborating on keyword research projects

Based in Ruse, Working Everywhere

Our office is in Ruse, but half the team works remotely from other parts of Bulgaria and neighboring countries. We've found that good keyword research doesn't require everyone in the same room—just clear communication and shared standards.

Most of us worked agency-side before this. We understand tight deadlines and changing requirements. We also know the difference between quick answers and thorough research, and we're honest about which one you're getting.

If you want to talk about a project, the best way is email. We usually respond within a few hours during business days, and we'll tell you upfront whether we're a good fit for what you need.
